Rodolphus raised an eyebrow. "Bletchley thought to pass this on to you? We're talking Miles, not Troy?" He remembered how eager the elder Bletchley had been to please his wife. "You seem to be collecting another admirer from that family," he added, without any cheer as he took the parchment.
It was probably the single most hilarious thing he had read in a very long time. "Oh ho!" he said as he balled his fist triumphantly, his aches temporarily forgotten. He licked his lips as he read it again, this time reading between the lines and nodding in understanding at his wife's words.
"It is designed to incite divisiveness in our ranks," he agreed. "Why I can think of a good handful of followers we could easily dispose of this way, and line our coffers at the same time. Don't tell me you didn't think the same, darling."
