"Yes. Valentine," she said with a grin before poking her tongue out at him. "It's a legitimate nickname, you know. After all, you did kiss me at the ball. Therefore, you're my valentine. Well, one of them." She gave him another cheeky grin and then looked back at the candy in front of them.
She remembered that he'd told her that he used to play Quidditch, and she smiled thoughtfully to herself as her eyes fell onto the candy she was looking for.
"These are always fun." She picked up a bag of the spherical candy and opened it, pulling out a few. "You have quaffles, bludgers, and snitches. A lot of people like eating the candy with another person because of the little candy stick bats. You can hit the bludgers into another person's mouth, so it's fun," she said, smiling up at him.
"The quaffle you can do whatever with. Pop it up in the air in catch it with your mouth. You have to be quick with the snitches, though. As soon as you take them out of the bag, they'll try as hard as they can to stay out of your mouth. Luckily, they can only move as far from you as an arm's length, so they're still easy to catch."
She was really talking quite a bit, but she genuinely loved this candy. She and Colin could sometimes spend hours playing with the stuff.
