She gave him a small affectionate smile when he moved around her. Pressing a cool hand to the side of his face, she rubbed a thumb along his temple and chuckled quietly. “So you tell me…” she said, her voice slightly teasing. Biting her lip, head tilting, Ginger looked down at him with a strange emotion in her eyes. She wasn’t one for flowery language, or anything remotely akin to attachment, but the thought of losing Terence- well, she’d begun to accept it when he’d been missing, but even so….
She was just glad he was getting better.
“Here, I brought you a stronger pain potion, it should work, especially with your fever starting to go down.” Ginger said with a small smile, “you think you can sit up for me?”
