"I was being perfectly serious," he said wryly, knowing that Cass would know that he was joking.
"Or you could learn to write clearly," he said, already drifting asleep. "You never bother me... you care," he mumbled as the world started to fade, and if he were awake he'd regret it, but now, he had little control over what he said. It was a good thing that he fell asleep before he could say more.
