BULLETEER | "Cryo-bullets." Gold screams as Bulleteer unloads freezing rounds from his arm-mounted chainguns onto him. In taking over this STARlabs facility, the Metal Maniacs have had to face the organization's own superhero -- Bulleteer. "Mag-bullet." He fires a new bullet from the launcher under his forearm as Copper tries bearing down on him. It attracts her lightning to it as he barrels through the air and to her midsection, trapping her in an electrical loop. The rest of the Maniacs aren't doing much better than Gold and Copper. Mercury has been splattered everywhere, while the others are dragging themselves out from some rubble.

BLIGHT | "Why's my hired help on the floor and theirs still standing at all?" Blight enters the corridor. His artificial skin has completely burned off, leaving him a glowing ghoul of radiation.

BULLETEER | Bulleteer takes aim at Blight's face. "You're all trespassing, and fugitives from the law. Get down on your knees and stay there."

BLIGHT | "Oh my." Blight clasps his hands behind his head and slowly settles down on his knees. "I trust my cooperation will be taken note of when the authorities come to collect?"

BULLETEER | "That's not my call. Just stay down. Hammer bullets." The chain gun aimed at Blight's head revolves and clicks in response to the command -- just in case.

BLIGHT | "Of course." Blight may be smiling, but it's nearly impossible to tell with radiation glowing through his flesh like a living x-ray.

BULLETEER | Bulleteer becomes unsteady and his aim drifts. There's something wrong here, and he may be realizing it too late.

BLIGHT | Rising quickly to his feet, Blight backhand Bulleteer with his great strength and sends the hero flying back.

LEAD | Lead grabs Bulleteer's arms from behind and pins the man against his hefty frame. "I... I got him..."

BLIGHT | "Very good!" Blight says sarcastically, seeing as how he has had to deal with this himself. He motions for the other Maniacs to leave. "Finish locking down this facility. And you --" He walks towards Bulleteer. His hands pulsing and bursting with radiation that he unleashes against Bulleteer. "You stay down."

BULLETEER | Bulleteer screams.
