It's quite simple. I began lessons during my sixth year and received my license after passing the Ministry's test. I believe the word they used was "flawlessly".

Impossible. I am a seventh year student at Hogwarts. Or, at least, I would be if something much more important hadn't come up first. But as someone who was at the top of the sixth years just last year, I would know both of you and yet I don't recognize either of you.
