It hadn't been a hint, and despite the fact that she would never know that what she'd said had nearly been grievously misinterpreted, it was a relief to Haysel that Donnie hadn't taken it that way. She smiled a little at the mention of her doing well in the show; she'd been so nervous, Haysel had never had a lead before, and doing so during the school's musical had been terrifying.
