But he looked serious. Serious and grim, and before she knew it she was being dragged along toward Baerth like some little blonde ragdoll, and then ushered up onto the big brown's back. "Why do we need privacy?" Kenzie let her tirade go, and looked worriedly over her shoulder at her brother instead. "Fen? Why do we need privacy? Why are we going to Lyrra's?" A pause. "Why are you keeping shirts at Lyrra's?" And then back on topic. "K'rin wouldn't see me. He broke our date. Is he okay? What's happened? Is he hurt?"
