Soon enough, Prinz was returning to the air just above the healer's head, cheeping with pride at delivering a message successfully. The little blue flitter wasn't so much concerned about content as he was concerned about being a dutiful little lizard; he was very good at his job, if you asked him. When he relayed what K'rin had told Valoth, though, Kenzie's lips turned down at the corners. As far as she knew, there was no good reason for the blue rider to break their date.
A date she'd just spent some significant time getting ready for.
Huffing, the little blonde crossed her arms over her shoulders. "No," she said. "Go back to Valoth, and tell him that he'll see me tonight, because we have a date for tonight. Did he forget?" There was irritation in the healer's tone. She had, after all, worked all day. And she'd still had the presence of mind to get all dressed and curled and pretty for K'rin... just to have him forget their date, and then blow her off.
That wasn't okay. He was never so... rude.
"Wait," she ordered the blue flit, just before he disappeared between again. "Ask him if everything is okay, too. Tell him I'm concerned."
