...Okay. Learned my lesson, don't try to make a cake on your own. Went through three or four tries so far before giving up the task. Now, today, I did what I should have done the first time. Went out and just paid for one.

Uh. I know Nana Molly's house is a little weird, with all the magical additions and whatnot, but I'm pretty sure this shouldn't have happened?

I just wanted a beer. That's all. Proper, and not Korean, beer. So I went into the kitchen and opened the fridge, and then I turned around, and I see strippers. I'm not complaining about that bit, mind me. But missing Christmas dinner? OH YEAH. Complaining.

So this tradition of eating a huge meal and then spending all of your money over the next weekend an American thing? Or is it just one more thing that makes Florida... well. Florida?

So apparently I've been signed up for school. I didn't sign myself up, someone else did. Haven't been in public school since I was ten and the schooling itself is different from what I remember from when we lived in France.

So, I'm sorry. I've been a shite roommate. It's been a bit of a transition being brought here and settling in, figuring out what's happened back home and meeting up with my uncle again, and school have all been getting in the way, but I'd like to change that.

My name's Hannah. Me and my uncle are your two other roommates, and I was thinking that maybe you two and I might do something as a getting to know you sort of thing? I'm not certain Uncle Sirius would be interested but if we're going to be here for a while </b>I need to get home</b> it would be good to get to know one another?
