Several things seemed to happen that made Alec feel very confused. The first was that moan Mark let out over a cookie, but the second one that really had him making a face was the raccoon. He didn't want a raccoon in his room and he really didn't want one in there that seemed to be intelligent. He raised an eyebrow and just watched the whole interaction as he faintly wondered if he was going insane.
He took the offered glass and shot Jace a look that said 'help me.' Yes, the raccoon was leaving, but it had been in his room. It had carried glasses! That wasn't normal!
"Uh," he cleared his throat and fumbled for the remote. His fingers moved quickly as he turned on the movie. Soon the room was filled with the noises of the cheesy movie.
"Okay, seriously?" He turned to Mark and gave him a look. "When did we get a raccoon? Why do we have a raccoon?" Yeah, he wasn't letting that go anytime soon.
