who rafe and simon Where their apartment when backdated to the morning of normal people what someone can't sleep status/rating DONE and low
The sound of a page being turned filled his senses as he shifted the page. Rafe was trying to read a little bit before he finally asleep. The sun was going to be up soon and he planned on sleeping in his own bed. There had been a few nights where he had fallen asleep sitting on the couch all so the fledgling could sleep. That hadn't lasted long since he disliked how uncomfortable the couch was. Sleeping while sitting up was beyond annoying, more so while Simon was drooling on him.
His lips turned in a frown as he had trouble focusing on his book.
Why was Simon having so much trouble sleeping? Also, why was he so calmed by the scent of Raphael? Those were thoughts that kept bothering the older vampire. He knew their senses were enhanced, but he hadn't noticed just how nice Simon smelled. Suddenly the book was slammed shut and he tossed the thing across the room. He grumbled to himself in Spanish as he stretched out on his bed. His gaze fixated on the ceiling over his head as he tried to silence his thoughts. Living with Simon meant that he was forced to think about the other more often. Simon was having troubles adjusting to being a vampire. He had to figure out a way to help the younger vampire adjust faster. At least Simon's stupid friends weren't trying to keep him human here. That meant he had a better chance at training the vampire to use his abilities.
Stupid Nephilim. He was more then happy they were ignoring him here.
"Simon," he finally said. "I can hear you outside my door. What do you want?" A noise outside his door had clued him in to the lurking Simon, well that and he could always seem to sense just where the other was in the apartment. "Come in."
