Charles was the punctual type, showing up right on time if not early to the appointments he set. He had arrived at the park earlier and had decided to adventure around the perimeter in his chair. One thing that he could say about Florida was that there was no lack of sunshine. He'd arrived with a few necessary items but sunglasses hadn't been one of them, so he'd made a short stop to a street vendor and picked up a pair.
It was shortly thereafter, and moments to their agreed upon time, that he rolled up alongside the neon colored blonde girl. "If you want a bird, I'm sure a pet store is a better option. Or at least an easier means of procurement."
They were polar opposite. Where her hair was a very beautiful flaxen color, his was a deep brunet. The palette of his wardrobe met her bright colors with those of the navy blue of his pants and the lavender of his shirt.
