"Oh alright," she conceded with a heavy sigh. "Lingerie shopping shall continue. But so does the tea. I'm finding it's actually helping me get some sleep these days." So much had been happening and keeping her up wondering and worrying. She might as well tell him now that it was working. He would've asked about it eventually.
Mingle. "The last time we all mingled someone..." Someone ended up dead and another died a few weeks later. She took another long sip of her tea. This was exactly why she needed it. "It's just the more I learn about these people we live with the more..." She thought back to the things she had seen just a few days ago. They had felt real, more like memories than an errant daydream or hallucination, not that she had any of those. While two were not unpleasant, one was particularly sad and one was downright disturbing. She wasn't even sure who that last one was but to know they were probably in the building gave her chills. "I just don't know about these people."
She sat next to him in silence, turning her head to talk to him but then changing her mind at the last minute to stare down at her cup. Finally she asked, "Did... have you felt anything weird in the last few days?"
