Robert nodded and his eyes remained upward as his (he supposed) rescuer managed to pry the panel open and start struggling her way in. "Hey," he responded, eyebrows raised. Not exactly what he was expecting, but at this moment he'll take any help offered to him.
He started stepping away to allow the girl to do whatever she needed to do when she threw something at him. Reflexively, he slapped the offending item away and it hit the door before bouncing into a corner. Frowning up at her, he found himself without room to care, quickly moving out of the way to avoid injury.
Not wanting to turn his back on her, he shrugged at her request. "Don't suppose you got a phone that gets any signal here do you?" Robert already tried, but lost that round.
