He almost felt sorry for the boy, who'd probably had no idea what hit him until it was too late. He could be wandering around with some sort of concussion or more serious injuries, but that wasn't his concern right now. "He lives with someone, does he not? Perhaps Daniel hadn't mentioned Vaughn, but that didn't necessarily mean he didn't know who she was. That was just one of the questions that needed to be asked. "Did she give any sort of reason as to why she wanted you dead? Was it because she knew you had been in Daniel's apartment? If so, that implies that she does know who he is... and she does not want you near him."
Vlad did his best not to flinch at her touch, the action all too familiar for his liking. He knew that there was some sort of connection between Boyd and Shane, vaguely hinted at on the forums, but he decided to leave that alone for now.
