"Oh, it's not happening again," Aaron said darkly. He zipped up the jacket like Shiloh didn't know how. The guy in the car had stopped swearing and zoomed off into the thick of traffic, but for all Aaron noticed, he didn't exist. He gripped the front of the jacket, and very deliberately, he brushed his hand over Shiloh's forehead, scowling all the while.
