Sherri smiled at Nina, a little shaky but trying to hide it. "And once again, you keep me alive." Since Nina was definitely right, and that wasn't the way Sherri wanted to go either, she released their hands reluctantly and reached for the door to open it. She didn't necessarily want to get closer, either, or to see it without the protective shield of glass that made it seem less real.
