Gabby quirked an eyebrow at the way Joanie bristled, curious about the sudden twitchy movement. Did she get put away in an insane asylum or some such? A halfway house? Was she on parole? "Me too," she nodded. "Bellum Letale. I just moved in a few weeks ago." But she worked from home, writing her novel and supplementing with some editing work she didn't have to travel for, so just the fact that it was close to a Starbucks was convenient for her.
