She was still hesitant to believe him, but arguing with Lucas like everyone else wasn't going to accomplish anything. He was clearly hard-headed, which meant that a more reasonable approach might work better. Trying to talk to him was an option - even warning him about the kind of danger he was putting himself in, although he probably wouldn't listen. Fighting with someone so stubborn was tiring. "No, I guess there isn't. Hopefully people can just learn to ignore him." He may have been a jerk, but Hannah certainly didn't think Lucas deserved to die.
