The way he asked the question made her think that she could easily shrug it off without him pushing any further, which she appreciated. Still, she didn't respond right away, instead trying to figure out how to word it without making no sense or being too specific. Boyd had never been shy about letting everyone know that she'd been institutionalized, and even Nick had mentioned it a few times over the forums where everyone could see. But for her it was still something she didn't like talking about, for a variety of reasons. "It was about five years ago," she said finally. "It... lasted longer than it should have, but eventually I realized there were some people that refused to be pushed away." She shrugged, something she realized with an inward sigh that she was doing far too often.

Hannah couldn't help but laugh. "Does it? Sometimes it doesn't even make sense to me. It makes me wonder if I only feel like that because I have a fable counterpart, as does everyone else."
