It did strike her as a little strange that someone who could afford to hire an interior designer lived on the tenth floor, especially since she was positive that the deluxe floor was still fairly vacant and there was at least one empty penthouse left. Then again, what Xavier did or didn't do with his money really wasn't any of her business. In all honesty the tenth floor was a little out of her price range, and yet here she was.
"It suits me fine. I figure if I'm living somewhere, I should at least be comfortable with it." Hannah nodded thoughtfully at his explanation, since it did make sense. People could be terribly judgmental, especially the wealthier types - whom she assumed he did business with. "That makes sense, though. When you have people to impress, it's different. I only have myself and my dog, and he's not really one for aesthetics." She took another sip of pop, deciding that he looked like the kind of person to excel in the business world. "What kind of business are you involved in?"
