Being kept waiting was a little vexing, but Gina hid any upset she felt well. After all, she knew he lived on the tenth floor. It was a ways down, and maybe he just underestimated the time it would take to descend the stairs. So she stood quietly, keeping her expression pleasant so he wouldn't catch her frowning. After all, it'd be terrible if his first impression of her was an ugly scowl. That wouldn't do at all.
A sound at the stairs caused her to turn, her skirt whirling around her knees before settling against her legs. Her eager eyes fell on the form of a man as he emerged from the staircase. Straightening up slightly, she took a few quick steps towards him. "Excuse me?" she asked, smiling brightly. "I'm sorry, but are you Xavier Delamere?"
