It may not have been obvious to Xavier that his entire face suddenly disappeared in a figurative puff of smoke, revealing not only a new face but new clothes too - but it was obvious to Sam. He did a double take, eyes widening at the sudden change.

"You were...wearing pants and a dress shirt and now you're not. What do you mean, what the hell did I do? What the hell did you do?" he asked, frozen in place. "I just shook your hand."

Flashbacks of the invisible and reappearing man suddenly played over in his mind. Oh shit, his hands. What the fuck was going on?
