His distaste for the act was clear on his face, and while he would have preferred for one of the others to get it for him, Lucas moved over to get it done with. Finding a man who was roughly his size, Lucas made as quick of work as possible in divesting the man of his garments, quickly swapping them for his own. He would have tried to have done layers, but the heat of the day made that impossible. So he rolled them up and shoved them down the front of his shirt for safe keeping.
"Yes, we. We need to keep in a group," he said to the girl who was voicing her protests. "I don't know what's going on between you two," he said, gesturing between them, "but sticking together is the best option right now. Trust me, I would prefer different company myself, but right now, we're out of options."
