Something about his approval made her feel better. Though she shifted on her feet slightly, something that was a more honest smile crossed her face. It was rare to hear him actually pleased with what she did - something, not just her own feelings tugged at it. She'd never liked it when he was angry at her and even if she teared up over a memory...this wasn't that bad, she realized.
