What makes someone able to turn into a lion and what about the full moon, what does that even...?" It was still a mess inside of his head, but he pressed on. "So the tenants, they're strange. What about you? I mean..." Sam just didn't want to come out and ask if this guy could turn into a lion or a unicorn or whatever. That was something you didn't ask, normally.
