Joanie was already on the elevator before she had a chance to protest, so Isobel kept her mouth shut, just giving her a little sidelong glance, a bit unsure what to make of her. "I'm just... going out. Somewhere. I'm not exactly sure yet so... if you don't mind getting lost with me, sure!" She laughed just a bit, scuffing her foot against the floor before trying to settle herself down.
At the mention of the elevator, Isobel had to let out a laugh, glancing over towards Joanie. "I've learned, on my few times on this thing, that it has the temperament of a pissed off woman, and it manages to leave me just as pissed off in return. But. I really don't feel liek breaking a leg trying to get down the stairs in these shoes. I was hoping it'd behave for me today." Leaning forward, she punched the button for the lobby, watching as the doors shut and surprisingly, the elevator headed down.
