Lotte drank some of the tea, trying to understand it. If he wouldn't say it, it made her think it was bad or that he couldn't trust her. Both were equally bad, making her wince. If he was no one and he didn't have an ID it meant... "Oh." Maybe not entire sense but at least a little bit. She looked up, hesitant again as she hoped it wasn't because of something she saw on television. "Why?"
She accepted the answer for family, nodding thoughtfully. She didn't press it, thinking instead to what Not-Erik had said about family. Her eyes moved from him to the kitchen, where only a few days before she'd cried and heard the voice. She looked from there and back at him, biting her lip. It seemed strange to ask but...he had Erik. "What about music? You told me about your parents..." She trailed off with a shrug, assuming that was a lie as well.
