Oh, they had rowdy customers from time to time. But Katya could turn fierce when she needed to, and she could verbally lash anyone until they crawled out of her shop with their tail between their legs. She hated doing it - she didn't like yelling over much - but sometimes it had to be done.
"Da, of course." She turned to Emma. "Maybe four of the cucumber sandwiches, I think. And then the egg salad and chicken salad." She turned to Luther. "They are tiny little squares," she told him, forming her fingers into the approximate size of one of the sandwiches, each one inch square. "And there are sweets, if you are liking. I will wait, I think, for those."
