Better to just get it over with now, Sherri thought. It would have been better if there was somewhere for them to sit and talk, but it really wasn't fair to ask Joss to wait. She lowered herself slowly to the floor, sitting cross-legged.
She patted the floor beside her, only half expecting her sister to sit. "Here and there. Really, I haven't been in one place for very long since I left home."
It was a good thing that Joss probably had a lot of questions, because Sherri wasn't even sure where to begin explaining herself.
