The small bump sent Sherri stumbling forward a step, just enough to loosen her already precarious hold on the box. Down it slipped, and she managed to dance backward just in time to keep her toes from getting crushed. Fantastic.

With her sweetest smile plastered on, she turned and prepared to kill whoever had hit her with the door with kindness. "Oh, I'm so sorry, my hands were full and I..." Trailing off, she blinked at the woman in the doorway. Were her eyes playing tricks on her?
