It was nice to get out, to leave the troubles of the past few weeks behind and act like a normal person for at least one night. He promised himself he wouldn't worry tonight; wouldn't constantly look behind himself and wonder about who might be lurking in the shadows. He smiled, returning the kiss before the elevator came and he stepped forward.
"It's the least I can do. Besides, I think we both deserve a night to relax." Cole hit the lobby button and glanced at her, unable to keep back a small smirk. "Not at all. You look perfect - and the dress is nice. I like it."
