As he mentioned him only having four flights, she paused. That was right. She frowned, ignoring that for now, and began to climb. However, as they passed the second floor, he fell back. Looking back at him, she shuffled back after him.
"Nuh-uh, giddup," she urged, grabbing his wrist and slinging his arm around her neck. "C'mon, just one more floor," she grunted, shakily standing up and dragging him with her. She was shaky and confused, but with him sandwiched between her and the banister, she was able to climb a few steps. "Grab that...that thing, grab it. C'mon, use your legs," she egged as she slowly plowed up the stairs, dragging him along with her.
