Re: Catacombs
Lotte exhaled, feeling slightly reassured. The simple fact that he wasn’t crowding her or chaining her as Erik seemed to gave her some hope. When she’d first started being nervous, Rosalie had said that her Phantom might not be so bad – the Big Bad Wolf wasn’t and neither was the Dracula supposedly. Maybe he wasn’t as closely tied to his fable as she was. He might be sucked into this without knowing.
She only paused to grab her bag, behind him and at his heels a moment later. Even if she’d been asleep a few minutes prior, she was energetic enough to keep up with him. Being left down there in the catacombs was one of the last things she wanted.
How quiet it was disturbed her though. She kept trying to look towards him and the hood, in order to make out any feature. She needed to know who he was outside of a voice. An idea nudged the back of her mind, about the voices she normally heard but Lotte ignored it. She couldn’t think about her horrible hallucinations when the person they were about was here.
