As he offered first aid lessons, she wrinkled her nose. "Yeah, uh," she stammered slightly, reaching up to scratch at the side of her head. "I think I'll stick to making this stuff. I...I really don't like blood." She hated to admit it, but it was true. That was a large reason why her foray into the "vampire" social scene was so short-lived. Though she didn't faint like a 50's horror movie heroine, Joanie did get antsy and mildly nauseous around blood. It was supposed to stay in the body, after all, that's why we had blood vessels!
She watched him sort the things, momentarily spacing out as it was quite boring. As he called to her, she shook her head, snapping back from her daze. "Yeah, sure," she replied breezily and went to do so. "And it's not like they say in the movies. I mean, Harry Potter just waves his wand and 'POOF,' he slays the evil wizard." She snorted, picking up the kit and walking it over to Micah. "It doesn't work quite that way. At least for me." She paused, setting the kit down on the couch beside the box. "But I can get some good out of it, I think."
