"So this'll keep your opponent from breaking your neck or choking you, neither of which is a good thing." He laughed a bit, remembering a few times when he had done just this to keep his life.
With a shake of his head, he put his mind back to the task at hand. "Alright. Lots of people use this hold instinctively, even if they aren't a fighter. And most people don't expect you to escape. So you're pretty much guaranteed a chance to escape," he told her, shifting slightly so that his body was in a more aggressive position.
"To escape, you're going to throw me. Don't think about the fact that I'm bigger. It won't matter. Turn into my arm. With your right hand, grab my shoulder and with your left, grab my wrist. Slide your right leg behind mine. You do this last bit right, and you'll mess up the person's balance." He paused to let her get adjusted. "Go through those motions a few times, okay? Go from your arms at your side, body facing forward, to how you are now. Just to get a feel for how your body should move."
