Jack tugged out the earbuds as he walked into the building, noticing the dark-haired woman sagging against the elevator doors. He paused, a foot on the step in front of him, when he heard her low complaint; and despite himself, he laughed.
"Things that bad?" He turned and jogged down to the lobby to approach the woman, giving her a friendly smile, and he gestured at the bags. "Let me help. I'm Jack." Extending his hand, he tipped his head a little to study her, grinning more widely once he caught sight of her face. Dark, exotic, a little tough looking: his kind of girl.
