"It doesn't hurt too much -- just a little shock," Ileana assured him when she saw him wince. The stinging sensation faded off as he cleaned the wound and Ileana took time to just watch Cole carefully. She wished she knew why her memories felt all muddled, as if someone overlaid two separate reels of memories in her mind. He was, though, currently the only person who hadn't made a threat of death this evening, so she was certain this was the safest place to be.
Tilting her head a little more for Cole to be able to tape the gauze in place. She tested her wrist that Vlad had a hold of earlier, attempting to rotate it just as a check for herself, cringing a little at the sudden shot of pain up her arm. She couldn't be sure what was wrong with her wrist, but Ileana doubt the news would be good. When Cole finally pulled back, she reached up to touch the bandage and smiled in satisfaction.
