Courtly manners never failed to impress her, and Katya tittered. The sound surprised her. She couldn't remember a moment in her life where she had ever laughed like that, but it didn't seem inappropriate. And anyhow, if she was going to flirt with a younger man, she might as well flirt to her heart's content. Tittering was an essential part of flirting and one she fully intended to use.
She noticed both his groan and the surprise on his face when he glanced in the mirror. The latter she chose to ignore; everyone was being faced with surprises this particular night. She focused instead of the former, on the groan he had made when he kissed her hand.
"You have injury?" she inquired. "Da, we will go to my home. I have tea that will help injuries, Mister..." And here she floundered as he had not offered her his name. She could tell the future, on occasion, with great skill, but she couldn't read minds.
