Hannah didn't flinch when Boyd pushed the newspaper forward, but instinct told her to block it with her hand - which, if it had been an actual knife, would have sliced through the skin. She made sure there was enough distance between herself and Boyd before mimicking Luther's movements, lifting her own hand and thrusting forward.
She was pretty sure that, if it came down to life or death, she could break someone's nose - even if it was Liam's. Or Emery's. She still hadn't figured that part out.
"Okay. So I'd push forward--" Hannah thrust forward with her free hand again, "And then like this." She shoved the hand holding the newspaper back, careful not to use too much force.
