Hannah resisted the urge to roll her eyes, knowing she was probably going to get an earful later. She was talking about her problems, wasn't she? It wasn't like she was going to attempt suicide again or anything, and she certainly wasn't the least talkative of the group.
She couldn't help but wait for Red's answer, wondering what her story was.
There was a moment of surprised silence after the redhead's response, and Hannah barely managed to turn her snort of laughter into a cough. Her psychiatrist - aka the facilitator - was clearly not pleased, and she cleared her throat before trying to move the conversation along. Now she wanted them to talk about how they felt about their 'abusers', and encouraged them to be as honest as possible. Right.
Hannah flashed a smile of thanks in Red's direction. She was starting to like her.
