But you're not trying to make sure everyone's input is considered. You're putting the trust into five people voted in, which doesn't necessarily mean anything is going to be fair.

And don't make it sound like I'm okay with people getting hurt, because I'm not. What I'm not okay with is people going around arresting people on charges with evidence they "supposedly" have.

What's to stop someone from going after someone they don't like with some "supposed" evidence to bring them up against this "fair tribunal"? You're just doing what you want because you think you're right who cares what anyone other than you and Micah think, hell Micah thinks I'm useless because I'm a girl, I remember what he told me!
