I can’t believe I’m doing this. I have never enjoyed the technology. Computers are not my strength and I have no one for fixing what I break. 

And where is my dictionary? Chjort, I am always losing that. I am needing to become more confident in English.

Hello. For those of you who are not knowing, I own a tea shop a few blocks away. It is called Red Horse. This week, we are having sales. If you are interested, all teas are buy one get one half off. For residents of this apartment, I will make exception and give you buy one, get one free.

i take it that this is the building wide forum i was told about. don't want to be called an antisocial neighbor, so here is the obligatory: the name's eliot, i live in 706, am was am a private investigator and probably won't be leaving my apartment much. i'm going to be working from home for a while, so don't be alarmed if you see my clients coming in and out. you've been warned, so don't come complaining
