Ever lacking confidence it was difficult to keep eye contact with anyone for very long. Regulus shifted in his seat, reluctant to go even though he'd suggested it. He half hoped Sirius would beg him to stay, but he knew in his heart that if Sirius did so, he would only set Regulus off into another fight over something completely stupid. Not wanting to end on a bad note, Regulus exhaled a disappointed breath and pushed himself to his feet.
"Okay then," he said quietly, "I'm.. can't apparate--" he mumbled and shrugged a shoulder. ".. Borgin and Burkes has the Floo." He scratched at the side of his head, offered another fleeting smile to his sibling and quite.. without meaning to lose such composure, practically threw himself at his sibling for a hug. He was like a swarm of rats so quickly was he on him, gaining just a few desperate moments of familiar security and comfort from his sibling before he was pulling away and backing toward the door.
"I'll look for a note or something," he uttered, his face distinctly flushed in embarrassment. "Thanks.. for the--" he gestured vaguely at the shop and then without ado, turned on a heel and basically fled the premises of Fortescue's.
