Adele didn't mind the callouses; to her they indicated hard and difficult work, not someone who rested on their laurels. She returned his grip firmly, but drew back with a little smile when he held on, gently but assertively disentangling herself from his grasp. It wasn't easy, but she didn't squirm or tug her hand from his. She wasn't uncomfortable with it, she simply didn't want to give him the wrong impression.
"I rarely end up in that ward," she said, considering. "But if you have an interest in puzzles and possible hopeless cases, perhaps a healer of a different specialty would be able to offer new insight into my condition." It wouldn't be any crazier than the things that Sebastian had done on her behalf. "Though I do hope the next time I'll be there will be for this-" she raised the pamphlet with a smile- "And not for myself."
