There was happy love, good love, the whole...it was fucking working out at all. He loved them, his friends, but that wasn't a source of pain or anything bad. Not really. It just...it wasn't the same with Regulus. Sirius loved him, and it still wasn't enough. He had ran, from home, and Regulus had been there, not that Sirius had wanted to leave him. But it had fucking been taken that way, and Reg was what Sirius missed most from leaving. And Sirius hadn't been...but he hadn't been able to stay. But Reg...it wasn't easy. He went and saw his fucking brother as fucking dog. As Snuffled. And it was incredible to spend even that time with him. But it didn't change the fact Regulus had wanted to go with Remus to the symphony and not him.
He wasn't even thinking when the hand covered his mouth. And his own had opening, starting to lean forward to bite Remus's hand when he heard the words. His teeth were already on both sides of Remus's hand, about to bite in harder. A small portion of Sirius's brain was surprised that Remus had never put soundproofing charms on his room. But for the most part he was still hurt and angry and frustrated, so frustrated. But he was just breathing hard, not saying anything. He didn't know what to say about Reg and disliked talking about it really.
