Frank had not forgotten how she preferred the table to be set, but hearing her reminder made him smile. He liked the way she dictated the smallest things be done in a certain way; since he wasn't nearly so particular, he didn't mind following her instructions, and didn't take her reminders as criticism.
He finished the table with good timing for the food being finished, and took his seat. "I expect tomorrow we might find out how much power the Death Eaters really have in the Ministry," he said thoughtfully, and paused to take his first bite and think it through. "And how much they're willing to use it to eliminate anyone who might be a threat to them."
He'd actually be surprised if he was fired; more likely they'd want to cause him to have some horrible accident or drive him to quit. That was assuming he'd been recognized in the incident today, but he thought it best to assume that he had been. "I think I will be very amused if they take a bureaucratic method for punishing us."
