"That's wonderful," Remus commented, happiness for his friend flooding his face. Besides Sirius, no one really knew how close he was to Adele and perhaps he didn't even understand. There was no reason to flaunt their friendship and since she'd been out of the castle for five years now, no one witnessed it. It was a relationship through letters and meetings that took place over the break, but that didn't dilute it one bit. Remus was quiet with most people but Adele made him feel like he could say anything.
He wanted to say that maybe she was getting better. The chances of that were low, however, and it wouldn't be a very nice thing to say if it weren't actually possible. So he turned to a lighter topic, one that had nothing to do with either of their situations. "Have you thought of any places we can explore?"
