'They must be!' Pansy said, shaking her head about the poor people. 'It's a disgrace!' she added. 'Think of what this says to the visiting wizard, if their choice is to stay in a Muggle place or stay...here!' she sniffed.
'Good!' Pansy said, the smile returning to her face. 'I love pretty things!' She was quite happy at the prospect of lovely shopping when she remembered her purpose in visiting Diagon Alley. 'Oh, but we are looking for an idea. I need Something To Do,' she giggled. 'Did you hear the capital letters in there? It's a decree from on high!' she laughed. 'Gods, what can you do about parents???? They are so archaic!'
She waited patiently while he gained their entrance into the Alley and then followed his lead. 'Ooooh, pretty!' she said at some of the windows. 'Oh, mine was a nightmare!' she moaned. 'I got the most bizarre gift!'
